We had the most wonderful stay at Overlook Farms! The house is absolutely gorgeous and only matched by the surreal setting. Flaneur was a wonderful host! The house is appointed perfectly - beautifully decorated with lots of games and toys to ensure you never have to leave the peaceful views. 

Amazing property right on the water on Tilghman Island. The house was beautiful. Very nicely furnished with everything we could need in the living room, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Great views of the water. I look forward to making this a biannual trip!

The service we received was top-notch from beginning to end. Excellent communication, even for minor questions that we had. Our Vacation Rental outside Oxford, Combsberry, was more than we expected, and the whole family was happy and satisfied. We would highly recommend their services.
